Is StudyBuddy safe for my child?+
Yes. Accounts for under-18 students require a guardian email and explicit consent at signup. We are built to be DPDP Act 2023 aware: we never run behavioural ad-targeting on children, and guardians can request access, correction or erasure of their child's data at any time. See our Privacy Policy.
How accurate is the handwriting grading?+
Our AI reads your handwritten sheet against a real marking scheme and awards partial credit point by point. It is an aid, not an official board result, and it can make mistakes — especially on subjective answers or unclear photos. Every evaluation has a one-tap “I disagree with this mark” flag so a human can review it.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. You can cancel Pro whenever you like and keep access until the end of your paid period. First-time monthly purchases are eligible for a refund within 7 days if you've used fewer than 2 evaluations. Details in our Refund & Cancellation policy.
Do you store my answer sheets?+
We store the uploaded answer-sheet images and their transcriptions so we can evaluate them and show you the feedback later. You can delete any answer sheet — or your whole account — on request, and we honour erasure under the DPDP Act.
What is the refund policy?+
