Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how to cancel StudyBuddy Pro and when you are eligible for a refund. It is designed to be clear and compliant with the requirements of our payment provider (Razorpay).
1. Cancel anytime
You can cancel Pro at any time from your account or by emailing us. When you cancel, your Pro access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it is not renewed afterwards. Cancelling on its own does not trigger a refund of the current period unless you also qualify under the refund window below.
2. Refund window for first-time monthly purchases
If this is your first-ever Pro purchase on a monthly plan, you may request a full refund within 7 days of payment, provided you have used fewer than 2 answer-sheet evaluations in that period. This lets you try Pro risk-free.
3. Six-month and renewed plans
Six-month (pre-paid) plans and any renewal or repeat purchase are generally non-refundable once the period has begun, because the discounted price reflects the upfront commitment. If you cancel a six-month plan, you keep access until it ends. We will still consider refunds on a case-by-case basis where there is a genuine service failure on our side.
4. When refunds are not available
- The 7-day window has passed.
- You have used 2 or more evaluations in the period.
- The purchase is a renewal or a repeat purchase (not your first-time monthly purchase).
- The account was suspended for breaching our Terms of Service.
Note: an evaluation result you disagree with is not, on its own, a basis for a refund — please use the in-app “I disagree with this mark” dispute path, which we review and correct where warranted.
5. How to request a refund
Email hello@aiskillhub.infofrom the email on your account with the subject “Refund request” and your payment/order ID. We may ask a question or two to verify the request.
6. Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Razorpay. We initiate eligible refunds within 3 business days of approval; your bank or card issuer then typically takes 5–7 business days to reflect the amount.
